Gapuwiyak Subdivision

Description: 26 lots subdivision for remote indigenous housing in the community of Gapuwiyak (Lake Evella). Works included construction of roads, water mains, sewer mains, power, communications infrastructure, sealed road with open drainage and concrete footpaths.

Client: This project was delivered for the Department of Infrastructure Planning and Logistics (DIPL)

Territory Project Management’s Role: Supervision, inspections and representation on behalf of DIPL as the Superintendent’s Site Representative.

Value: Total value of subdivision in excess of $5M over 3 stages
